Who are we?

We are engineers first. Our people write the logic, draw the screens and walk the loops, so the person who designs your sequence is the person who tests it. Most of our customers are maintenance and projects teams who want a system they can run and support after we leave, which is why handover quality matters to us as much as start-up.

Our office is in Al Shati District, Dammam. Contact details are on the contact page.

What are our approvals and certifications?

We are an approved contractor to Saudi Aramco, SABIC and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and have worked on projects for all three. Our references include automation work for Saudi Aramco in Riyadh and Marafiq in Jubail, for the Royal Commission in Yanbu and for SABIC in Dammam. The approved automation contractor page describes what a vendor-listed project receives from us.

Our quality, environmental and safety management systems hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

What do we do?

Our scope runs from a single machine to a multi-unit plant:

  • controller programming and migration on Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider and ABB platforms;
  • HMI and SCADA design with alarm management;
  • telemetry and remote monitoring for sites without operators;
  • factory and site acceptance testing, loop checks and commissioning; and
  • emergency support when a controller stops a unit.

The full list, with durations and platforms, is on our industrial automation company page.

What standards and brands do we work to?

We program to IEC 61131-3, shape operator screens with ISA-101 principles and manage alarms with ISA-18.2 where the project calls for it. We follow IEC 62443 basics for network and remote-access design.

How do we work with customers?

  1. We ask for the smallest set of documents that lets us scope the job.
  2. We reply with a written proposal within one working day.
  3. We issue a functional design for your approval before programming starts.
  4. We test the software in a factory acceptance test and record the results.
  5. We commission on site, check every loop and agree the site acceptance record with you.
  6. We hand over source files, backups and records, and remain available for support.

When a controller stops a unit, we start remote diagnostics the same day and are on site within one working day in the Eastern Province.

Who writes our technical guides?

Our guides are written by Eng. Junaid Ali. They cover migration, commissioning, cybersecurity and alarm design, and you can read them on our automation blog.

Where can you see our work?

The projects page describes the kinds of systems we deliver and the clients we have worked for.
