What information do we collect?
We collect what you choose to send us:
- the quotation form entries: name, company, email, phone, city, site type, service and message;
- documents you attach, such as I/O lists, P&IDs or program backups; and
- the text of emails you write to us.
If you attach a program backup, it may contain tag names and process data from your plant. We use it only to prepare your quotation or to carry out the work you ask for.
Why do we use it?
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow it up. We never sell your information, and newsletters go out only to those who request them.
Who sees it?
Our engineers and office staff read your enquiry. We pass technical details to a supplier only when a part must be priced for you, and we leave out your contact details when we do. We disclose information if a law or a court requires it.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiries, quotations and project files for as long as we may need to support the system we delivered. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time, and we will remove files you sent us that are not part of a signed project.
Do we use cookies?
The website sets only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
What are your choices?
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to inquiry@ksaindustrialautomation.com and name the enquiry you mean. We reply within a reasonable time.
