Omron controllers are widely used on packaging, assembly and food machines, where speed, motion and vision are combined with ordinary I/O. An integrator turns that hardware into a working line: the logic, the motion axes, the HMI and the plant connection. We handle all four and prove them together.

Is Omron available in Saudi Arabia, and who programs it?
Yes, Omron equipment is installed across Saudi industry, and distributors supply the hardware. Programming and commissioning is a separate service, and that is where we work.
We take the project from the I/O list, write and test the program, commission the machine and leave you with source files and a backup. If the machine already runs, we upload the program, document it and extend it under version control.
What PLC software does Omron use?
Omron's current controllers, the NX and NJ series, are programmed in Sysmac Studio, which combines logic, motion, safety configuration and simulation in one project. Older CJ and CP series controllers use CX-Programmer. NB series HMIs use NB-Designer, while the NA series is configured inside Sysmac Studio.
Sysmac Studio is licensed software, so we work on your licence and confirm the version before work starts. The default communication address of an Omron controller depends on the model, so we set a fixed address from your plant plan at commissioning and record it.

Yes. We rebuild or extend NB series screens in NB-Designer, link them to the controller tags, test alarms and user levels and deliver the project file with a backup. For new designs we normally propose the NA series and Sysmac Studio.
