What approval means for an automation project
An approval does not replace project review. It shows that a major buyer has examined our procedures for software control, testing and records. In practice, reviewers meet familiar documents: a functional description, a software backup with version history, factory and site acceptance test sheets and a signed loop check folder.
Standards and practices we follow
PLC code is written to IEC 61131-3. Alarm and screen design draw on ISA-18.2 and ISA-101 where the project asks for them, and batch recipes follow ISA-88 principles. For remote access and networks we apply the basics of IEC 62443. We treat IEC 61511 as context only and do not claim safety instrumented system work.

Every project closes with a documentation set that your maintenance team can use long after we leave site. A typical set contains the items below, adjusted to the contract.

- Source code, HMI and SCADA backups with revision history.
- Signed factory and site acceptance test sheets, covered under control system commissioning.
